This route runs partially along the Ruta de la Reconquista<\/strong> (GR-PNPE 202), but only for the first 6.5 km.
\nFrom this point, past Vega Maor, it heads north towards Vega las Fuentes. <\/p>\n

During the tour we pass through some of the most beautiful and emblematic sheepfolds of the Concejo de On\u00eds; So\u00f1\u00edn, Belb\u00edn, La G\u00fcelga, Arnaedo, Vega Maor, Camplengo, Vega Espines and Bra\u00f1a Redonda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the most spectacular views of the peaks and channels of the Western Massif can be found at Vega Maor.<\/p>\n

While walking you can get into the skin of the shepherds of the Picos de Europa, who for decades, have devoted themselves body and soul to the care of their livestock and to the elaboration of the Gamon\u00e9u Cheese<\/strong><\/a> of Puertu.<\/p>\n
